Return-To-School: Timeline of Expected Communications
Dear WWCS families,
The Walla Walla Catholic Schools exist to form disciples of Jesus Christ: strong in virtue, exceptional in learning, and generous in service. This is our why. If we are not working to do this, we are wasting our time. Every year, though, we must adjust what we do and how we are doing it to best live out this mission, this why. This year’s adjustments will be particularly dramatic as circumstances beyond our control have changed the very structures within which we work to live out this why.
Below is a brief summary of the current plans we are finalizing and the anticipated timeline of their release. We will publish a special edition of the WWCS Weekly News on Monday, August 3, with our full, detailed reopening plan for the 2020-21 school year. Following the release of these plans, we will be holding meetings, both virtually and in-person to discuss the upcoming school year.
Know that all of you are in my prayers. I would ask you to pray for me and for our school, that we might continue to be agents of God’s grace, forming disciples of Jesus Christ.
St. Francis DeSales, Our Lady Assumed into heaven, pray for us,
—Father Seidel
President, Walla Walla Catholic Schools
