Highlights from the December 17
WWCS Board Meeting
The WWCS Board held a meeting on December 17 to discuss several topics relating to the Catholic Schools, with an emphasis on the 2021-22 school year. Please follow the links below to see a bullet-point summary of the highlights of that meeting, as well as a letter from Andrea Renholds, WWCS Board Chair, regarding tuition for next year.
The next WWCS Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 28.
WWCS Scrip Still Available!
Do you need to get some after-holiday shopping done? Consider getting some WWCS Scrip! We are in the process of phasing out department store Scrip, so make sure to make a purchase while we still have these brands on hand!

Note: Scrip for these brands and others will continue to be available for special order.
You can use WWCS Scrip for in-person shopping, or online! If you would like to purchase Scrip, contact the WWCS Business office.
Prayer Request Form
Prayer is a powerful force for good. We at the WWCS invite you to share your prayer requests with the rest of the school community.
This week, we pray for the following intentions:
- For our family members, priests, and teachers.
- For Mrs. Harvey's co-worker, a St. Patrick parishioner, whose wife recently had a stroke.
Community Holy Hour and School Mass
Because school Masses will be starting again next week, the community Masses will no longer be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
However, the weekly Holy Hour will continue for all students, families, faculty, and staff, hosted by WWCS on Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m., at Assumption Church. All of the community are welcome to join us!
Office Hours
The DeSales Catholic School office is now open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Do you need supplies for the school year? Looking for a wardrobe refresh? Check out the following Scrips available for purchase: Famous Footwear, iTunes, JC Penney, Land's End, Macy's, Old Navy, Sears, Starbucks and more! Department store Scrip is being phased out, so make a purchase soon!
